What does this fundraiser support? Proceeds from ticket sales and the auction benefit day-to-day activities at MVS, just like the Annual Fund. This support is integral to making your school shine more brightly for students and faculty! During the event you’ll be able to donate to MVS by bidding in our Silent Auction and limited Live Auction, featuring a curated array of special experiences for students and adults alike. We’ll also have a paddle (napkin) raise for donations between $50-$500. Bidding and donating is through an online platform - anyone can participate, from anywhere!

 

What will happen at the event? From 6:30-7:30pm guests will arrive, mingle, bid on the auction, sip and dine! Seating will be assigned at tables in long rows with white chairs and linens - and yes, you can request who you're seated with! There will be a brief program from 7:30-8pm, featuring a performance from MVS French Honor students and Madame Gigi's Outrageous French Cancan Dancers! Following the program guests can continue to enjoy each other's company and dance the night away.

 

Where will the event be? The event will be hosted inside at MVS. No need for a parka or rain boots!

 

What does my ticket include? Guests will receive an individual charcuterie dome (dietary friendly available) and access to an open bar. The bar will serve European beer by Bonbright, a curated selection of French wines by Certified Sommelier and Owner of Joui Wine, and French-themed signature cocktails by Tender Mercy. 

 

What do I need to bring? Like a traditional Fête en Blanc, guests are asked to dress in all white attire, bring a white centerpiece, and additional food or non-alcoholic beverages if they wish. Here is a checklist with more details and recommended vendors!

Pre-order a white floral centerpiece with your ticket - a portion of sales will be donated back to MVS! There is a ticket add-on of $30 for a centerpiece for a single/pair, or $70 for a centerpiece for a table (8 guests). The centerpiece can be taken home at the end of the event!
